Sleep Crown + Slow North Candle Collab in Cozy Baby

Sleep Crown Founder Julie’s background in teaching Restorative Yoga led her to a love of aromatherapy. Back in her teaching days, her classes ended with a signature scent blended to soothe and relax. From Sleep Crown’s inception, Julie has wanted to offer a non-toxic candle based on these sweet moments of letting go.

We are so excited to collaborate with Slow North - a fellow female-founded, Austin-based candle maker. Together, we recreated Julie’s luscious custom scent - blending chamomile, neroli, petit grain and lavender essential oils - designed to soothe, relax and help get you super cozy.

Slow North creates the finest plant-based, soy-wax candles, which are a long-burning, biodegradable and made from a renewable resource. They use 100% essential oil fragrances and cotton wicks. Their candles are vegan and free from artificial dyes and ingredients. You will enjoy a lighter, naturally-enticing aroma when burning a candle scented only with pure essential oils.

Candle Care:
Allow the wax to form an even melted pool across the entire candle surface before extinguishing. We use self-trimming wicks, so you'll notice they naturally curl and trim themselves to about 1/8-1/4" tall. If you notice the wick is longer than that, please trim down before lighting. This prevents your candle from tunneling, since all soy wax candles have a "memory" and the next time you light the candle, it will only burn as wide as the time before.

Candle Safety:
CAUTION: Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/8" to ensure even burning & prevent the flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface for no more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Discontinue use when only 1/4" of wax remains on the bottom. Do not move candle while burning or if the wax is hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never, ever fall asleep while candle is burning.
