Care Instructions

Organic Bamboo Jersey Care Instructions:Remove the Sleep Crown Pillow Case and even zipper off the Outer Jacket for laundering. Machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Dry on the delicate cycle or hang to dry. It is not recommended to wash the Inner Jacket which contains the Fill itself.

Silk Care instructions: To launder your Silk Pillow Case, please use a silk-friendly or pH neutral detergent. Place in a delicates bag and machine wash on the delicate cycle or hand wash in warm water. Line dry out of direct sunlight. Turn inside out to iron on low heat. Do not bleach, Do not tumble dry. Return Policy

As of October 1st, 2026, Sleep Crown does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Our Pillows are lovingly made by hand in Austin, and not resalable after departing Sleep Crown Headquarters. After careful consideration, we switched to a no-return policy to minimize waste.

Please email dreamconcierge@sleepcrown.com about any sizing questions, to look up customer history or with any other questions.

Workmanship is absolutely guaranteed. In the rare case that a flaw slips through quality control, we will happily replace the imperfection within 3 months of purchase.

We begin making our Pillows from organic thread and specially knit and dye our own bamboo jersey fabric. At times, minor specs or spots appear on our fabric which is a natural part of our non-toxic dyeing process.

After your transaction is complete, we cannot change your order due to our inventory array, fulfillment system and the software we use. Please make your color selection carefully. Refunds for canceled orders include a 3% credit card fee.

We do not offer refunds for lost, mis-delivered or stolen shipments. If you are concerned about the secure delivery of your package, we are happy to send with ’Signature Required’ for the most secure shipping option.
