Refund policy

Sleep Crown Pillows are lovingly made by hand in Austin, TX. Sleep Crowns are personal care items and therefore are not resalable. Workmanship is absolutely guaranteed. In the rare case that a flaw slips through QC, we will happily replace the imperfection for 3 months from purchase. In the unfortunate event that Sleep Crown Classic and/or Traveler Pillow do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the Pillow, the Bamboo Pillow Case and the Carrying Pouch (each piece must be returned in nice, clean condition please) postmarked within 14 days from delivery for a 72% refund. Outbound shipping is on us, return shipping will be your responsibility.

Sorry, exchanges are not possible and we do not offer returns for Queens, Mini Body Pillows, Extra Bamboo Pillow Cases, Silk Pillow Cases and Accessories or where indicated in product notes. If you accidentally order the incorrect size Extra Pillow Case, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. The price difference will cover the cost of the 2nd outbound shipment. If you are unsure which style pillow you own, please email dreamconcierge@sleepcrown.com for help determining which pillow you have.

We begin making our pillows from thread. We specially knit and dye our own bamboo jersey fabric. At times, there are some minor specs or spots on our fabric. This is a natural part of our dying process. We do our best to use the most-affected fabric to make the Inner-most jackets so this won't be visible. We assure you that the fabric and dye is non-toxic.

We do not offer refunds for lost shipments. We do our very best to navigate the lost/mis-delivered/stolen packages. We personally check each and every shipping address and use 2 additional verification services to make sure that your address was entered correctly - whatever we can do to get your packages home to you promptly and correctly. We will do everything we can to assist in locating/verifying/making a Fedex claim. Fedex has become very advanced with its geo-locating. In addition to a proof of delivery pic, they can specifically identify where a package was delivered.

Refunds for canceled orders and returns include a 3% cancellation fee due to credit company fees.

For returns, please send an email to dreamconcierge@sleepcrown.com so that we may be on the lookout for your package. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund within 1-2 business days.
