Workmanship is absolutely guaranteed. In the rare case that a flaw slips through quality control, we will happily replace the imperfection within 3 months of purchase.

We begin making our Pillows from organic thread and specially knit and dye our own bamboo jersey fabric. At times, minor specs or spots appear on our fabric which is a natural part of our non-toxic dyeing process.

After your transaction is complete, we cannot change your order due to our inventory array, fulfillment system and the software we use. Please make your color selection carefully. Refunds for canceled orders include a 3% credit card fee.

We do not offer refunds for lost, mis-delivered or stolen shipments. If you are concerned about the secure delivery of your package, we are happy to send with ’Signature Required’ for the most secure shipping option.
